PLEASE NOTE - You will need RealPlayer to play the real media (rm) file. The file is of very low quality and the compression method used may have rendered the file unplayable on some slower machines. You will need WinZip to unzip the MPG, but the MPG itself does not need a specific program to run (just click on the file and it will open itself). The MPG is recommended as if is of far better quality and less likely to have difficulty running but the file itself is very big.
If you are unsure, download the Real Media file, and if you like it then download the MPG to see it in better quality.
